Our Commitment

BloxCartel is committed to delivering every order as described. If we fail to deliver, you will get your money back — no questions asked.

When You're Eligible for a Refund

• Your order was not delivered within 24 hours of payment.
• The wrong items were delivered.
• You were charged but received no order confirmation.
• A technical error prevented delivery and we cannot resolve it.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

• The order was successfully delivered in-game.
• You provided an incorrect Roblox username and delivery was attempted.
• You were not online to receive delivery and did not respond within 24 hours.
• A chargeback was filed without first contacting our support.

How to Request a Refund

2. Open a support ticket and provide your order details.
3. Our team will review and respond within 1 hour.
4. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

Partial Refunds

In cases where part of an order was delivered, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered items.
