BloxCartel is an online marketplace for Roblox in-game items. We facilitate the delivery of virtual items in games including Sailor Piece and Attack on Titan Revolution. All deliveries are performed manually by verified BloxCartel players inside the game.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. By using BloxCartel, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. BloxCartel does not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All prices are in USD.
We aim to deliver all orders within minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery requires you to be online in the applicable Roblox game. If delivery cannot be completed within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
You may not: attempt to resell items purchased from BloxCartel commercially without our consent; abuse the refund system; harass BloxCartel staff; or attempt to compromise site security.
BloxCartel is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Virtual items are subject to changes made by Roblox or game developers beyond our control.
BloxCartel's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
